Jesse has over 32 years of experience in technology and business. Jesse started his career in technology as a Communications Specialist for eight years of Active Duty in the United States Marine Corps. Upon his honorable discharge from the military, Jesse took overleadership of the networking team at Devon Energy. After his tie at Devon, Jesse made the move to Consulting and took a role with Dell Services.  Jesse quickly pivoted from strictly technical roles into Practice Leadership roles at Dell and then at Accenture. In Practice Leadership roles, Jesse has been responsible for mapping technology requirements to business outcomes and for driving sales, revenue, and profitability within a line of business at organizations such as Accenture for over two decades. Jesse also directly provided technology consulting in networking, modern work, contact center, and AI to clients such as Boeing, UHG, CVS, Haliburton, Cargill, AIG, and nearly 80% of the Fortune 100. 

In 2022, Jesse founded Safire Solutions to bring Big Consulting strategy, processes, and governance to Small and Medium-sized businesses in the greater Oklahoma City Area that typically find services from companies like Accenture, Deloitte, or KPMG unnecessarily "heavy" or simply out of reach. As a testament to Jesse's business and technical acumen, Safire Solutions was wholly self-funded, with no outside private investment, and Jesse has taken Safire Solutions from a very humble start in 2022 to operating income well into seven figures by the end of 2025. 

Jesse holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Master's Degrees in Business Administration and Legal Studies.
