Jesse has over 32 years of experience in technology and business. Jesse started his career in technology as a Communications Specialist for eight years of Active Duty in the United States Marine Corps. Upon his honorable discharge from the military, Jesse quickly pivoted from strictly technical roles into Practice Leadership roles in system integrators and consulting organizations. In Practice Leadership roles, Jesse has been responsible for mapping technology requirements to business outcomes, driving sales, revenue, and profitability within a line of business in world-class consulting organizations like Accenture for over two decades. Jesse not only grew revenue and profitability in his lines of business, he also provided Consulting services to clients like Boeing, UHG, CVS, Haliburton, Cargill, AIG, and almost every company on the Fortune 100. 

In 2022, Jesse founded Safire Solutions with the intention of bringing Big Consulting strategy, processes, and governance to Small and Medium-sized businesses that typically find the services of companies like Accenture, Deloitte, or KPMG unnecessarily "heavy" or simply out of reach. As a testament to Jesse's business and technical acumen, Safire Solutions was wholly self-funded, with no outside private investment, and Jesse has taken Safire Solutions from a very humble start in 2022 to closing out 2025 with seven figures in operating income. 

Jesse holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Master's Degrees in Business Administration and Legal Studies.
